Your Discord access token is never stored. It is used once during sign-in and thrown away; all that is kept is your user ID, your display name, and whether you are in Frank's server.
Sign-in cookies (mud_session, vp_session,
rpg_session) are strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
Advertising is non-personalised unless you opt in. Ads appear either way; refusing
simply keeps them non-personalised. The banner at the bottom of the page lets you choose, and
deleting the ads_consent cookie makes it ask again.
While you are connected to the MUD, your character name and current room may appear at
/mud/map.json and on the stream overlay. You choose the name — don't use your real
one.
Ask Frank on Discord and your character and its records are removed.
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense serves it. Visitors in the EEA and UK are additionally covered by AdSense's own consent message.
